Objectives

  1. Encourage sustainable planning and management of parks, amenity and recreation areas in accordance to national aspirations and policies.
  2. Advocate collaborations, partnerships, sharing of knowledge and best practices between different fields that are relevant to park, amenity and recreation management.
  3. Promote parks, amenity and recreation program as a sector contributing to the economic, social well-being, public health and environmental quality of the nation.  
  4. Promote and encourage the development of inclusive parks to provide opportunity and access for all walks of life.
  5. Enhance the capacity and professionalism in park management among members.
